Thank you for choosing to stay at one of the villas under Ballaratvilla. We value your satisfaction and strive to provide you with the best experience possible. If, for any unforeseen reason, you need to cancel the reservation, we are here to help.
Cancellations
We accept cancellations prior 42 days from the check in date.
Refunds
Once we receive your cancellation request, we will notify you of the status of your cancellation and we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that the refund amount will exclude any banking charges may have incurred during the reservation.
